If you get the chance check out Pittsburgh. It reminded me of Athens a little bit. Hilly and streets going every which way. Did you get the camera figured out? Oh and Jameson?? Fuck that shit! Pabst Blue Ribbon!!
As a kid, my parents and I drove through Pitt once (no idea where we were headed), and my only memory of it is crossing a river on a huge metal bridge, staring across at multi-leveled hills covered in houses and smog.
Oh, and your Jameson comment? Bite thy tongue, scoundral!..."Now it's dark"
And no on the fricking camera...aaargh.
Soo, a few days later I reply to your request. Every week or so, since early June, I have remembered to check back to your site. In the midst of temp jobs and online research and answering many emails, it hits me and then I end up at your blog. Once again, amazed.
I dont read much that inspires me to write, dream, create and weep at the same time...over various postings. But your writing does. Thank you.
